Excellent organization in the office and medical staff. Pyle takes the time necessary to listen and then explain diagnosis and treatment. Went in for another angle on a chronic cough. She diagnosed, directed a series of exploratory steps, prescribed medication, and took on the challenge more assertively than a number of GPs I've seen. I've also ended up doing allergy shots which is a commitment.

Dr. McDermott is so caring, understanding, and nice. . . he goes above and beyond in every way to truly help you. This is not at all typical in Dr. visits these days, and it is so encouraging to know there is someone out there that is trying so hard and is able to actually help! Five stars, he is a fabulous physician and health care provider.

Experience was great, the doctor herself is amazing as well as her assistant. However, it would have been nice to have been informed that I needed to be off antihistamine 5 days prior to my appointment. Maybe it's common knowledge, but it's not common knowledge for me. My first time going to an allergist was last year and if I was informed then, I sure wasn't going to remember more than a year later. So a reminder would have been nice so I wouldn't have wasted their time or mine as I know they were a litter annoyed about that as I could hear them through the closed door. Other than that, nice people and very helpful.
